A question for you

Who has influenced you most in your life? And what positive effect did they have on you?

A little backstory

Depending on how long you’ve been following these posts you may know that we have a regenerative ranch down here in Uruguay.

We don’t buy chemical fertilizer for the land, each pasture is divided into smaller parcels by electric wire, and we move the cows every day to ensure intense grazing and natural fertilization from the cow manure.

When we first got here the ranch was more of just a pleasurable place for the last owner to be than it was an actual productive ranch.

There were about 75 head of cattle, around 120 head of sheep, 3 donkeys, 4 lamas, chickens, and some horses. It sounds nice in theory, but massive amounts of cash were washed down the drain each year for its maintenance.
